Processing
Our processing times are usually 2 days but may be a little longer at peak seasonal times. We will always do our best to despatch items as soon as possible, but as orders are made fresh to order, if we have a lot to get through, we may need to prioritise orders based on date and requests.
Please alert us if you require your order for a specific date for your event to ensure we process it in time.
Delivery
Your order will be despatched using Royal Mail 48, unless an upgrade is applied.
If your order is above £40, your order will automatically be upgraded to Next Day courier delivery.
However, please remember the delivery dates we provide are estimates only and on occasion, items may be delivered outside of these dates due to circumstances beyond our control. Once an item is dispatched, we trust the courier to deliver items quickly and within the appropriate time frame.
Please take the delivery dates as estimates, as If the item does not reach you in time for your event and us not unreasonably delayed, the return postage is your responsibility to pay and we cannot issue you a refund for this reason until we receive the product in its original condition.
