The item I have ordered is damaged—What do I do?

Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. This will help us assist you quicker.

My order is late – can you help?

If your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, please contact us sales@monikas16.sg-host.com.
Please leave your order number and confirm the delivery address in your message.

Please ensure that your item hasn’t been delivered to a neighbour or ‘safe place’ & that it is not being kept at your local Royal Mail depot. If not, please contact us so we can help further.

Please be aware at this current time, Royal Mail are experiencing delays so some orders are taking longer to be delivered – this is out of our hands unfortunately

How is my order delivered?

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery which usually takes 2-3 working days for delivery.
You can upgrade delivery at checkout to 1st Class which usually takes 1-2 working days for delivery.

We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or date.

How big are the sweet boxes?

Currently we sell C5 size sweet boxes, they are perfect for our retro sweet boxes and 400g Pick N Mix boxes – these will fit through your letterbox (if only ordered 1 box).

I have a dietary requirement/allergy – how do I know what is suitable for me?

We will be uploading a full list of stock that we use and ingredients to the website shortly.
